And finally… a site

Although I’d bought this domain name in 2012 ( I started trying to blog using blogspot this September. I very quickly realised that it had limited functionality and started setting up a site here using WordPress. It has taken about 3 weeks to get things up and going in a way I feel comfortable with and although the site looks pretty clunky – compared to those of my friends who have been blogging for several years – I figured that the main thing was to focus on the content and update the theme later. I’m the kind of person who would keep site content unpublished until I was sure it was perfect. In other words, if I was true to myself I’d never publish anything at all.

I’m really excited about getting The Mirror Children out there. The last time I considered doing something with it was back in 2004, when Kindle was just an idea in the head of some Amazon executive. The idea of being able to bypass all the third parties who slow down the process (agents, printers, etc.) is liberating but also quite frightening.

In this first post, I’d like to thank Tyler Moore for his free videos on designing using WordPress. He is the man.

Really excited about watching this process come together for you Jason, I shall be piggy backing on this as soon as I work out how to do it and stop coming up with excuses!

Thank you for looking at the site, it’s been exciting trying to get it online and bewildering trying to understand where I should place the boundaries…

  2. Good day! Would you mind if I share your blog with my zynga group?
There’s a lot of people that I think would really appreciate your content.

Please let me know. Thank you

  3. When I initially commented I appear to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on each time a comment is added I recieve four
emails with the same comment. There has to be a way
you can remove me from that service? Thanks a lot!
